Parking Information

No parking is allowed overnight in the downtown area from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. year round.

There is no parking allowed on any city street or alley during the winter months of November 1st through March 31st between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Foley Public Library

Foley’s Community Library is a member of the Great River Regional Library System. It offers a variety of services from Story Hour to Computer Time. The Foley Library has books on almost every subject, magazines, entertainment & how-to DVDs, music CD, eAudiobooks, eBooks, computers, Internet access and so much more! The library hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
