City Council Meeting

City Council meetings are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, unless specified in advance by the City Council. Second meetings of the month held when needed as determined by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. The public is encouraged to attend and speak at the meeting during public forums.

Thriving Communities – Economic Development Task Force

The Economic Development board helps to support the many varied businesses and industries within the City of Foley. The board oversees programs, reviews data and supports efforts to help meet the economic goals of the community. Meets the third Tuesday of every month.

Planning Commission

The Foley Planning Commission was initially established by resolution in 1979 and amended in 1992 to plan for the physical development of the City. As authorized by state statute, the Commission is a planning agency created to assist elected officials regarding zoning, subdivision, development and land use issues within the City.

Meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 6:30pm at Foley City Hall.
