Assistant Pool Manager

The City of Foley is seeking applicants for an Assistant Pool Manager. This seasonal position assists the Pool Manager in directing the activities and operations of the outdoor municipal pool.  A major responsibility is on-site organizing and coordinating of swimming lessons that follow the American Red Cross Swim program. The position is also responsible for supervising staff, admission records, preparing reports, and overseeing daily cash drawer and deposit drop at City Hall.

  • Experience as a lifeguard and water safety instructor required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be certified in First Aid, CPR and AED, or obtained before season opening.
