The City of Foley is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design, financing, and construction of housing on city-owned land located in Foley. Financial Incentives to assist with the development of this project are available.

Key deadlines:
- Aug. 28, 2024 – RFP is released.
- Sept. 13, 2024 – Questions on the RFP are due in writing to sbrunn@ci.foley.mn.us by this date. They will be answered by Sept.17, 2024, and posted on the city website. Question & Answers
- Nov. 1, 2024 – Proposals due by 4:00 p.m.
- Anticipated Nov. 12, 2024 – City Council to consider recommendation for sale.

Housing Study and Presentation 2023
A comprehensive needs analysis for Benton County, Minnesota. The study project housing demand from 2022 – 2035 and provides recommendations on the amount and type of housing that could be built in Benton County and the individual submarkets to satisfy demand from current and future residents over the next decade and beyond.
