The Benton County Government Center provides DMV services.  They are available for walk-ins for tabs, titles and standard driver’s licenses. Please call 320-968-5010 with questions for more information. You may need to leave a message for staff to call you back.

City Council Meeting

City Council meetings are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, unless specified in advance by the City Council. Second meetings of the month are held when needed as determined by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. The public is encouraged to attend and speak at the meeting during public forums.

Community Meeting – Proposed 2025 Project Informational Meeting

The City of Foley is considering reconstructing several streets in 2025, including portions of 3rd Avenue, 4th
Avenue, Broadway Avenue, Murphy Street, Parent Street, and 4th Avenue North Alley. People in the affected area have been notified and are encouraged to attend.

An informal project informational meeting is planned for Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Foley City Hall.

Proposed Project Scope, Schedule, Cost, and Preliminary Special Assessment information will be available at the meeting.

Please Note: There may be a quorum of City Council members present, but no official action will be taken at the meeting.
