City Council meetings are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, unless specified in advance by the City Council. Second meetings of the month are held when needed as determined by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. The public is encouraged to attend and speak at the meeting during public forums.

The Benton County Government Center provides DMV services. They are available for walk-ins for tabs, titles and standard driver’s licenses. Please call 320-968-5010 with questions for more information. You may need to leave a message for staff to call you back.

Foley residents and business owners are invited to two Council Conversation events to talk with councilmembers and city staff. It’s a great opportunity for you to give your opinions, ask questions, and get answers in real time.
