Election Day – City Hall Walk-Up Window Closed to Public
City Hall’s walk-up window will be closed to the public to help reduce the amount of walk-in traffic during Election Day. Staff will still answer phones and email during our regular 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. office hours.
Veterans Day – City Hall Closed
City Hall’s Administrative Offices will be closed in observance of Veterans Day.
Thriving Communities – Economic Development Task Force
The Economic Development board helps to support the many varied businesses and industries within the City of Foley. The board oversees programs, reviews data and supports efforts to help meet the economic goals of the community. Meets the third Tuesday of every month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

City Council meetings are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, unless specified in advance by the City Council. Second meetings of the month are held when needed as determined by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. The public is encouraged to attend and speak at the meeting during public forums.

Driver Exam
Driver’s road tests are held the first Tuesday of every month from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Chamber. To schedule a road test, please call the St. Cloud Drivers License Office at 320-255-3044.
