Thriving Communities – Economic Development Task Force

The Economic Development board helps to support the many varied businesses and industries within the City of Foley. The board oversees programs, reviews data and supports efforts to help meet the economic goals of the community. Meets the third Tuesday of every month from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Public Safety Meeting

The Public Safety Committee reviews all public safety-related topics within all departments, including personnel policies. The committee acts as an advisory committee to the City Council as well as participating in hiring processes and other duties as assigned.

Driver Exam

Driver’s road tests are held the first Tuesday of every month from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Chamber. To schedule a road test, please call the St. Cloud Drivers License Office at 320-255-3044.

Planning Commission

Meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 6:30pm at Foley City Hall.

This month’s Planning Commission meeting was moved back one week due to Columbus Day falling on Oct. 9.

City Council Meeting

City Council meetings are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, unless specified in advance by the City Council. Second meetings of the month held when needed as determined by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. The public is encouraged to attend and speak at the meeting during public forums.

Highway 23 Safety Audit Results

The MnDOT and Toward Zero partners invite all who are interested in improving safety on Highway 23 between Milaca and Foley to an open house where findings will be shared from the recently completed Highway 23 Safety Audit. A presentation will begin at 6:45 p.m. followed by a question and answer session.
