The City of Foley is seeking applicants for a Pool Manager for the 2023 season. This seasonal position oversees the activities and operations of the outdoor municipal pool. A major responsibility is on-site organizing and coordinating of swimming lessons that follow the American Red Cross Swim program. The position is also responsible for supervising staff, admission records, preparing reports, and overseeing daily cash drawer and deposit drop at City Hall.
- Experience as a lifeguard and water safety instructor required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be certified in First Aid, CPR and AED, or obtained before season opening.

The City of Foley is seeking applicants for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Duties of the position are providing general administrative office support and tasks including, but not limited to: accounts payable, monthly utility billing processing, other billing functions, managing the electronic filing system (Laserfiche) and other administrative tasks such as preparing council packets, ordinances and resolutions. Other duties include answering phones, serving the front counter, police/public works department administrative support, backing up other accounting functions, and other projects as assigned.
General Qualifications: Post-secondary education in accounting or business-related field. Previous accounting experience, office and/or public sector experience preferred. Applicant is to be proficient with MS Office, accounting software and have strong public relations skills. Experience in Banyon Data Systems a plus.

Public Works Operator
The City of Foley is accepting applications for a full-time Public Works Operator. Required qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent and MN Class B driver’s license.
Performance standards include manual labor, heavy equipment operation and availability to report for work at any hour of the day and within a 15-minute response time. Responsibilities involve maintenance of streets, water and wastewater utilities, parks, pool, and other buildings and equipment. Starting pay for this position will be between $19.04-$22.31 DOQ plus benefit package.
