Our Public Works Department is responsible for the municipal water and sewer utilities, street maintenance, snow plowing, infrastructure improvements, municipal swimming pool and park maintenance. Contact this department to report problems or concerns with utilities, streets, sidewalks, snowplowing, street lights, and parks.

The City of foley is a Tree City, USA. Before planting on the City’s right-of-way, please call the Public Works Department. No coniferous trees or bushes are allowed on City Boulevard.
Important Water Flushing Notice:
In order to adequately maintain the municipal water system, the City of Foley occasionally flushes water throughout the municipal water system. If you experience limited pressure of discoloration of water it may be resolved by simply running additional water for a short period of time. Mineral deposits causing discoloration as a result of flushing are not harmful to you health.
