The Benton County Government Center provides DMV services.  They are available for walk-ins for tabs, titles and standard driver’s licenses. Please call 320-968-5010 with questions for more information. You may need to leave a message for staff to call you back.

The Economic Development board helps to support the many varied businesses and industries within the City of Foley. The board oversees programs, reviews data and supports efforts to help meet the economic goals of the community. Meets the third Tuesday of every month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

City Council Meeting

Please Note: The meeting was moved back one week due to the Precinct Caucus on Feb. 1.

City Council meetings are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, unless specified in advance by the City Council. Second meetings of the month are held when needed as determined by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. The public is encouraged to attend and speak at the meeting during public forums.

City Council meetings are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, unless specified in advance by the City Council. Second meetings of the month are held when needed as determined by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. The public is encouraged to attend and speak at the meeting during public forums.

Please Note: The regular Council Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. At 6:00 p.m, the regular council meeting will be recessed so the council can conduct the Truth in Taxation Hearing and approve the final budget. At the conclusion, the regular council meeting will then resume.

Foley Downtown Stakeholders Listening Session

Dear Business Owner,

Many new projects are coming to our area including the wastewater expansion project and Highway 23 corridor improvements.  We want to hear from you on what we can do to help our existing downtown business community prosper with the many new changes.  On behalf of the Foley Economic Development Committee, we’d like to invite you to a downtown stakeholder listening session:
